Spanish language courses are given in the section on prices of Spanish courses
Teaching material is included in the price
for students enrolled in intensive Spanish language courses (minimum 4 weeks).
For all other students, the costs of text books have to be paid
age for our Spanish courses is 18. Groups will have a maximum of 10
and a minimum of 3 students.
final certificates of attendance for any of our Spanish language courses are free.
In order to qualify for one of these certificates, students have
to attend a minimum of 90% of classes for that Spanish course.
for the Spanish language courses shall be made as follows:
200€ initial deposit. To make a final reservation you will first of all have to fill out our registration form after which you will receive full information about how to pay the initial deposit of 200€. The initial deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer (see below):
If you wish to pay by credit card, you will receive further information about how to pay through PayPal upon registration. In this case, if the total fee is less than 500€, there will be a surcharge of 10€.
The outstanding amount of the course and accommodation is due to be paid 4 weeks before your starting date and can only be paid by bank transfer.
with families or in shared flats will be from the Sunday before
the course starts until the Saturday after the course finishes.
In some cases it might be possible to arrive before or stay longer but you will need to contact us for confirmation about availability.
enrol for a Spanish Language Course, you will first of all have to fill out our registration form where after you will receive full information about the registration process, payment of the deposit and confirmation of availability.
cancel a Spanish language course, you will have to notice us by sending a letter or email clearly specifying that you want to cancel the booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If a Spanish course is cancelled more than 4 weeks before it starts, we will return the down payment, less the 200€ deposit.
If a Spanish course in cancelled within 4 weeks of its starting date, we will return 80% of the down payment less the initial deposit.
If a Spanish language course is cancelled after it has started no money will be returned.
There WILL NOT be any Spanish classes given on public holidays. These Spanish classes will not be given on another day and there will be no financial compensation given to students for this reason.
Holidays are as follows: 1st & 6th January, 2nd of February, 1st & 2nd of April, 1st & 3rd & 30th/31th of May, 15th of August, 12th of October, 1st of November, 6th, 8th & 25th of December.
will be a non-cumulative discount of 10% on the price of
Spanish language courses:
groups of three or more students, enrolled for the same Spanish language course
and starting date.
former students of our Spanish language courses and Spanish school.
a student commits a serious act that brings the image, actions
and integrity of the school into disrepute, said student will
be immediately expelled without refunds.
